| "The helmet does not match the picture. The picture shows the good old Powerslide Elite Classic helmet but I received some kind of new version. The outside shell is (almost) identical with the old good Elite but the ventilation holes are mostly "fake", being much smaller in the inside EPS. Also the inside of the helmet is flat, missing the large longitudinal ventilation channels of the "original" Elite Classic pictured. Another visible detail is that the original Elite included a visor, and although your picture shows the mounts for the visor, there are no such mounts on the actual product shipped so I cannot use the visor of my previous Elite helmet! The fit on the head is the only this has not been modified. This helmet sticks on the head like glued, so 2nd star only for that. Another non-modified thing is the OEM manufacturer product code BJL-061, which matches the old helmet. I thought that I would receive exactly similar helmet as my previous one, but this is far from it." | |

| "Great ordering and ordering & delivery service although the helmet itself arrived damaged. As I needed it sharpish I decided not to send back to replace and made my own repair - I can send photos. I don’t expect a refund but it might be worth contacting me so I can send you them and so that you can share with the company. Basically the sizing mechanisim at the back does not work - luckily it seems to be on max so fits my head and the plastic tab at the rear of the helmet inside that is the strap frame has come away from the helmet body - a bonding issue perhaps. The repair works and the helmet works though and cushioned my head in a recent tumble. Kind regards. Shaun" | |
