Even though EVOC was established in 2008, the company’s journey started in 1999 when freerider and product designer Holger Feist hurt his back in an avalanche accident in Austria. The idea for a backpack with a back protector came to life that day and after years of cycling and skiing all over the world, Holger concluded that a lot can be improved with the ergonomics of backpacks and bike packs.

Since its establishment, the company has made action sports adventures and travels more convenient and safe with its wide range of functional and high-tech EVOC bags.
