The Foundation construction is a mix of carbon, bamboo, poplar, and fiberglass. The bamboo and poplar core surrounded on the top and bottom by strings of carbon and triaxial fiberglass provides a great blend of power and dampness - great properties for charging a huge variety of snow conditions from hard pack, crud, and soft deep snow.

The Flat Tail design that the Wailer 99 Foundation also features - makes a long effective edge that ensure good grip and that your carving can be even more powerful.
