The first hour (at an indoor rink) was challenging. By the second hour she was beginning to figure things out, slowly making her way around. The next week she wore them indoors a number of time. She was skating unaided within 3 sessions and there's no way she'd have been able to do that if it wasn't for the clever design of these (I think the wheels are further apart and the sole lower to the ground which makes them more stable and easier for a total beginner to get going). There are peppa pig/ paw patrol etc. skate shoes out there for a few quid on ebay which would have been a one-wear total waste of money. I'm glad I paid a bit more for something decent." | |
