Instructions:
General trick scooter assembly knowledge is required. We recommend reading our guide before you start, read Assembling a custom scooter here.
When you recieve the kit you first have to clean your old scooter and remove the old headcups that sit in the headtube.
- Knock them out with a screwdriver and knock the new ones in with a hammer. Place a wooden block in between in order not to scratch the deck / new headcups.
- Put the headset bearings in the new headcups.
- Then measure how long is the new pro scooter fork going up into the bar measured from the top of the headset and up to the starnut, which is already inside the bar.
- It must be so that the compression bolt can take hold of the starnut and streamline the whole system. If the starnut is not far enough up the bar, use a screw drive to knock it in deeper. If the starnut happens to be too far up inside the bar, there is an included replacement starnut you can use.
- Tighten the compression so it spins the way you want it.
